Data Security & Privacy
Your health records are stored locally on your device. They leave your device only when you
actively choose to use Pulse AI or separately export or share them yourself.
When you request a Pulse assessment, app-prepared health information from the supported record categories is securely transmitted through e-Zap Health’s protected Supabase infrastructure to OpenAI.
OpenAI processes this information to generate your Pulse assessment and may retain limited copies under its API security and abuse-monitoring
arrangements.
e‑Zap Health does not intentionally include your email address, username, Supabase account
identifier, NHS number, uploaded images or raw documents in the Pulse information sent to OpenAI.
However, information you voluntarily enter into free-text health records may be included, so please do not enter names, addresses, NHS or insurance
numbers, or other unnecessary identifying
information.
OpenAI may retain submitted content in security and abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days,
subject to limited legal and service-protection
exceptions. e‑Zap Health does not use your health information for advertising and does not permit it to be used for training OpenAI’s models.
